Jane. Monday, March 5thJane. by ~fashi0nPrincess
"Hi, I'm Jane.
It is a lovely day, and the sun is shining. The forest from the back of the house is charming, and you can listen to the leaves' sigh. The birds are twittering, and the river is whispering. This afternoon is perfect.
As I started writing in my diary, the phone rang. It was a classmate inviting me to her
birthday party, next Sunday."
Tuesday, March 6th
"Cassie invited me to her birthday party. Nothing else interesting happened today. And I had a
pop quiz in Biology. I hope I get more than a B."
I flung myself on the bed and started staring at this weird black spot on the ceiling.
I think it was a bug.

but one day every single rose suddenly turned black
and when she went to look at them to see just what was wrong
she heard a faint and tiny voice singing an unfamiliar song
she leaned closer to the flowers and then closer ever still
until she leaned too far close and took a giant spill
tangled in the thorns, the rose bush became a cage
then close to her she heard a voice filled with a terrible rage
she screamed and fought and struggled until she was finally free
and then, without stopping, she ran out of the garden and past the tree
she burst into her house through the kitchen and the

| My summer vacation! soo I'm back form Germany!! I left on 22nd of July, with my mother, dad and sister (she's at Jacob's Uni in Bremen). First stop: Budapesta. We stayed there one night. Booring. No offense, but that city doesn't get me, anyway, but I don't deny it's a very important cultural city. Enough with this. Viennaaaa. Well, we stayed there 3 nights. On the first day, it was my mom's birthday, so we went shopping on Maria Hilfer Strasse the biggest shopping street in Vienna!! It was amazing. I got so many things from there, Tally Weijl, and other shops. Great. On the second day, we went to visit Schoenbrunn Palace and Hofburg. I just love both of them. Mostly Schoenbrunn, because it was built especially for Empress Sisi or Sissi, however you want to call her (also Queen of Hungary), the nickname for Elizabeth. She is my favourite empress, along Marie Antoinette (France). So we saw the rooms she and her emperial family lived in. So gorgeous, I love rococo style, because it's so rich in details. At Hofburg, I mostly enjoyed Sisi Museum, where her life was presented. I loved her dresses, way of life (she loved her silhouette a lot and always wanted to keep it like that, to be fit). She used many crčmes and diets. And she made exercises every day. Awesome. I liked her personality, she was so dreamy, and liked actually all of her clothes and accesories presented there. I bought a bust with her. On the last day, we just went to see Vienna by foot, so we went to Stephan's Dom, where I bought a cupcake (3 euros), which had peach. It was delicious, and after seeing some Escada, Prada, and other shops like that, we went to Albertina Gallery. Amazing. I saw Monet, Van Gogh, but also some temporary exhibitions, including my favorite of all, Walton Ford's "Bestiarum". Man, I just loved it. Loved it, loved it! I loved the details, and in every painting (very large, meters wide and meters high) was an irony, or a metaphor. Being so in love with it, I went at the shop and bought something like a postcard with one of his paintings (found in the Imperial Apartments of King Albert - still in Albertina, now you know where the name comes from!). Here it is [link] . Enjoy! So the next day we left to Nuremberg, and after that we went to Berlin! My beautiful city. On our way there, we stopped in Bamberg (gorgeous). So that night I went with my dad on a walk in beautiful Berlin. I saw the Humboldt Uni, and went at the Brandenburg Gate, and took many pictures on the way. I bought myself a T-Shirt with Berlin, also. The next day we went to the Museum Island and visited the New Museum, where Nefertiti's bust is. I saw it. I was stunned. After that we just hung around. The next day we went to see Charlottenburg, with Queen Luise, and saw the apartments, ball rooms, full of rococo style, again. The next day we went to see Sanssoucci Palace! Whoa, that's greaaat. I mean, duh, the gardens, mostly. And there were some cute swans and ducks, and some red fish in the pond. Great. I took many pictures there (I'll post them here some day, I hope). Then we went to Hamburg, Bremen, Regensburg, Budapesta and back home. Home sweet home. I felt so happy when we entered Romania. Because it isn't like Germany, England, or France, that doesn't mean I still don't care about my country. I bought about 8 blouses/T-Shirts, 5 pairs of shoes, 2 bags (one with Sisi), souvenirs and I think many others. I can't wait for the next summer vacation! my blogspot account: [link] ; [link] youtube: [link] |
